During last week’s board meeting, this was brought up as one of the points in the agenda.  One of those present questioned why there was a proposal for a science lab that had been already voted on,  approved, and built a couple of years back, the same one that had an issue with an exhaust vent system that was inadequate or that was missing.

The superintendent indicated that he was unaware that the lab had been built. On the other hand the School Board president said that “if it was voted on, then it was built!”.

The issue seems to be that the Middle School lab either DOES, or DOESN’T exist. So.. is there a science lab in the Middle School or not? Simple question with multiple fuzzy answers, as usual.

What really is sad is: Why does a science lab have lower priority than a football field?
